Maybe im wrong but....

Kalani was Burt's Right-Hand Man when he was in charge, and that is when they moved the armory. So it would seem that everyone present at the time of the shooting had no idea there was an alarm on the armory like that. My guess is Kalani knew where to cut it, and slipped out right after. He already was alone leaving Michael and Tanya. So he really wasnt with Datu the entire time. I really am shakey on this reasoning but man it makes sense to me. One more thing, Pippin was killed professional style. What I heard was a pro job, 2 to the chest and 1 to the head. Doubt anyone like Kelly would do it with style like that. Just my .02 Love love love the chapter so far, gripping stuff.
