You know, I was thinking the Old Spice Guy too, but I decided to swerve...I was also watching the Dark Knight at the time so that might have helped me make my decision.

I think Sam Jackson would do the Durai rage so well, but for some reason I can't hear him being the calm in control Durai. I know I would buy it completely as soon as he got angry.

Perfect! I don't think I could think of a better fit for Kelly. Jewel would be awesome! While on the possibility of Stargate characters being in a We're Alive TV Show. I think that Joe Flanigan would be a great Michael.

I think that Adam Baldwin, with a bit of a make over of course would be a great burt. He has the right attitude and range for it. Just needs a white beard and a small bit of a gut (probably not required as character development would change in a TV adaptation).

I like Brian Dennehy as Burt. He fits in body size wise with what I imagine Burt to look like, and can definitely be just a crotchety. I dont think anyone has mentioned them yet but I think Jake and Maggie Gyllenhall for Latch and Scratch would be interesting. Obviously they are actually brother and sister, and they both have good acting chops. I think with short hair and a giant scar Maggie could be a right bitch. I always imagined them as suburban white kids then Scratch went off the deep end, and Latch got caught up in it.

Anybody have casting ideas for Ink or Behemoths? Ink would definitely have to be a person. Behemoths could be CGI I suppose.
