Characteristics:
  • Has a beard and long brown hair
  • Is recognized by Michael, but the reason has not yet been revealed.


Other Appearances:
  • None thus far.



Theories:
  • The most prevalent theory at this time is Randy was someone Michael encountered while he was presumed dead in the Water Pumping station who died saving Michael. This would explain why Michael has been so hesitant to reveal the story of how he escaped the station after the explosion.
