He is first mentioned while [wiki="Michael"]Michael[/wiki] is in a coma following his arm surgery in [URL="http://www.zombiepodcast.com/forum/showwiki.php?title=19+-+The+Catalyst"]Chapter 19: "The Catalyst"[/URL] ([wiki="Hope"]Hope [/wiki] tells him he was talking about someone named Randy in his sleep). He first appears in [wiki]Chapter 23[/wiki] carrying [wiki="Tanya"]Tanya [/wiki] away while being surrounded by other zombies to protect him. [wiki="Michael"]Michael[/wiki] chases him and causes him to drop [wiki="Tanya"]Tanya [/wiki].

    No other information is known about Randy at this time. Presumably by his actions with [wiki="Tanya"]Tanya [/wiki] and being surrounded by other zombies to protect his escape, Randy could be additionally categorized as a Smart One.
