    Although not named, Jakob first appears in Chapter 3 when he arrives with the New Comers. "We" can only recognize by him voice, but in Chapter 4 when he assigned Guard Duty, Michael refers to him as "You, in the Red Cap". Which begs the question, Does a Red Cap a Red Shirt Make?

    Jakob is apparently not helpful around the Tower, so is selected by Angel to go out and search for a second helicopter while Kalani is out trying to repair the Jolly Green Giant Burt and Saul found.
