Although not named, Jakob first appears in Chapter 3 when he arrives with the New Comers. In Chapter 4 when he assigned Guard Duty, Michael refers to him as "You, in the Red Cap".
Is selected by Angel to go out and search for a second helicopter while Kalani is out trying to repair the Jolly Green Giant Burt and Saul found.
