Robbins... Stephen King "IT" fan?

I was re-listening to Season 4 when I heard Robbins say something that I had to listen to again just to make sure I heard it right. We hear Robbins say "Beep Beep, Michael" in Chemical Reactions Pt.3 at 17:21.

In 1990 mini-TV adaptation of Stephen King's "IT", a saying heard several times throughout the two part movie is "Beep Beep, Richie".

KC, was Robbins saying this inspired by "IT"?

Anyone agree? Disagree?
