Question: Is the 30 second time limit set in stone? Would a 40 second commercial disqualify a entry? or even a 31.5 second commercial?

5-10 seconds is a game changer when really trying to nail a line or two without it sounding rushed.
The script i have is written for 30 seconds but sounds much better paced to 38 seconds. If it the time limit is a hard 30 seconds we have some editing to do, if not we can start moving to the recording stage.
