I know we were looking for some quotes for the Episodes pages. It's really simple. Easiest way to insert a quote is to highlight the existing quote (usually the one from Michael in chapter 1), copy it including the template and close template tags, paste it and then insert the new quote and attribute it to the appropriate person. If it's an exchange, I usually separated them with / marks so like: "Just think of me as a doctor"/"You're a doctor?"/"No I just said to think of me as one" Gatekeeper/Kelly. I think I've been the only one to put an exchange into the wiki like that, so if there's a preference on how that should look, someone can correct me. You can put little descriptions if the quote really needs one, but usually the good ones stand alone.

Just a note about the quotes.
I'm going through and added some more and also editing the ones that are currently in place. When you're adding a quote to a chapter page there's no need to state that the chapter quotes are in since... they're on the chapter page.
So putting like - [ wiki ]Michael[ /wiki ] in [ wiki ]1 - It Begins[ /wiki ] is kind of superfluous since you're already on the Chapter 1 page. For the individual character quotes though, absolutely leave in the chapter designation.

And for the sake of consistency (I love consistency) some quotes have context in the description. An example: Somebody here sold us out, I know it..." - Michael just before the confrontation with the Mallers in 12 - The War. I like the addition of context but would like to see that across the board then. Thoughts?

Every time I try to upload a new picture, I get this error:
    Errors
The following errors occurred with your submission

You must attach a file with the same filename as this article's title.
They're exactly the same, I have no clue why it's telling me that.

How are you trying to upload the picture? Web address? Attaching the picture? What article are you trying to modify?

How did I miss this post. I was copying what I saw on other Wiki pages at the time so I know I'm guilty for some of those on the character pages. And as for your question goes I like simplicity as much as I like consistency.

I'm stuck with uploading it from the web, because the uploader won't let me pull it from my computer. I did verify that the uploaded filename remained the same as the file. Some of the wikis that I'd tried updating were the CB Radio and the M16. In addition to that, how would I replace an existing photo, like the one for the SAW? That configuration is definitely not the one that's being used in the show.

Much like the tech support person who asks if you've plugged in your computer: did you find the address for just the picture and not the picture off it's home site? Did you right click and view image so it's the only thing on the screen? That's the address you want. I've never seen that error any time I've been working on the wiki, so I'm at a loss as to why it would be happening.

As for replacing, I'd leave the existing photo up, and add yours to the page. There can be multiple images of the same thing on the wiki pages, especially when you're talking about the equipment.

Yes, I know how to do that, and yes, that is the specific image - I know you have to ask, but I'm no stranger to computers or the internet (my first computer was an Apple ][E).

    Edit/Update: It's now working. . .
