You guys may most certainly engage in a friendly "rep point wager." I can't get anything together in terms of an actual prize for this aside from winner gets a Ringtone pack.

You don't have to worry about participants repping a winner. I can adjust that behind the scenes. Y'all feel free to organize it, set the stakes, and we can post two threads with the poll (sadly, I can't adjust it to be higher than 20 options and we'll need about 33-36 options if you decide to pick chapter parts as well as chapters).
