The Miami Zombie

All the news of zombies / cannibals has the government in official denial mode. Today a spokesperson for the Centers for Disease Control told the Huffington Post today, "CDC does not know of a virus or condition that would reanimate the dead (or one that would present zombie-like symptoms)". So now we know the cover up has begun!

It looks like all of the stories about the Miami cannibal are having an effect on the public. This is a link to a prank video from some group that thought it would be fun to see how the public in Miami would react to someone acting like a zombie and coming after them. Most of the video is of people giving him the once-over and running. But the last scene is of a large mob of people chasing him down to attack him.



In a different version of the video, which unfortunately I couldn't link here, that last scene continues as the "zombie" screams "it's a prank" to a crowd surrounding him, one of whom seems to have a gun. I guess Miami isn't going down without a fight!

essentially they're saying it's bath salts but have no way of testing to see if it is indeed bath salts. now i'm not saying it was an zctual zombie, but blaming bath salts for this attack is like blaming the devil. you can't test for it so you really don't know what the cause was

Regardless of what is causing all of this, the simple fact is..this is not a "zombie" apocalypse.. I feel like we as a community should do all that we can to ensure that people are informed about that. Most anyone who knows me on some level knows I have a love for most things zombie related. So when I hear anyone call this anything related to "zombies" I feel obligated to correct them...these are simply sick people, doing sick things....end of.
