I don't agree with the idea that just because a person on one end does not know the codewords that the signals/comms officer would disconnect. I don't know if it would be obvious that the call would be coming from a military supplied sat phone. If it is then they would try to gain whatever intel you can in that call, even not knowing whos phone it is you're going to recognize that communication and gain whatever intel you can from it. Also, the world now is a completely different place, one where I think you are inclined to speak with anyone that may be attempting communication, let alone from one of your own sat phones. You filter the intel that you give away, but you won't dismiss communication just because of codewords. Codewords ligitimize/verify who's calling, not the right to call. There are procedures for how to talk to someone that is unidentified.
(not talking about unlocking the phone or using the correct channel or whatever you do on a satphone)
