Scratch Ex-Military?

Haven't had a chance to listen yet, but there's something to be said about people playing at being something they aren't. In this case, being military. If you watch enough tv or war movies you get an idea of what military chatter might sound like.

I've never served in any government position where I'd need to know the military phonetic alphabet, but I still know it and use it as often as I need to to convey information when communicating over phone.

i have, but i will admit it wasn't very long though, but it sounds close enough to me and like i said i distinctly heard Radar..... i don't think scratch or anyone else from the mallers who was in the prison could be ex-military, the military have thier own prisons and no matter how intelligent someone is i'm not sure the mallers could find a radar, operate it and successfully co-ordinate something from that location, the nearest person to do something like that is Micheal and yet weather or not he hasn't simply thought of it or not someone out there seems to have it and was working on something..... to be fair it could of been mallers it could of been Kalani but for the most part it was being talked over, the chatter did sound military, maybe theres a military force out there trying to do something, what it is exactly, i have no idea.

Some of California still has that law, but not all.
