Is Michael shady?

He has secrets, but he isn't shady. He is the protagonist of this story and isn't going to end up being the bad guy. That would be like Harry Potter being evil in the end, it's just not gonna happen.

I agree that Michael's just emotionally closed off. You can tell from the moment he sees Pegs that he has the hots for her, but even when she makes the first move he doesn't know how to deal with it.

I'm sorry, if you're serious. But it's kind of obvious that he's not the bad guy. Not only would it be a shit ending, it would piss off all the fans. And that can go for any story, the protagonist doesn't go bad!

Nah, I'm totally kidding. It was a safe bet from the get-go that Potter would stay good. However, at some point you may want to check out Falling Down. Anyway, we now return everyone to their original topic!

Yeah, although I started liking him less after his first series of bitch-fits, Michael is not a bad guy. He's just a very closed-off individual -- a tough guy that doesn't know how to deal with his emotions. But still... what the hell is so wrong about him explaining how he broke his arm? He's hiding something there, whether it's facts or embarrassment... and I don't want to hear that it doesn't need to be discussed. (C'mon! You know what show this is! That s#!t's got to be important!)

I am an Engineer, 12K plumber. Yet I earned my gold spurs by volunteering to deploy with the cav scouts for a convoy security mission. We did some scouting and I am not MOSQ for 19D.
