Inmate 8837 reporting in. How's everyone doing? Not on the forums? Well, let's fix that. Kc mentioned on 2c about this one, figured we could get it going. I'm curious what you all think...
EDIT: Added my guess too.

What do I win? ^^
Anyone not mentioned in the Epilogue of We're Alive is already dead.
Gavin could be the first to go. He's still separated from the group.
OOOkkkkaayyyyyy! Who voted for Ink? :squint:
Have you ever noticed that the infected aren't dead, just changed? The infected only change the living, they don't seem to re-animate the dead. Ink lives.
Well, eventually..... He dies. But yes, I did notice that. It makes me wonder how other maladies affect them.
They seem to be resilient to ailments and injuries. Remember in the epilogue to The Ink Runs Dry when Micheal says that they don't age or die of natural causes as much as regular humans?
Do they heal? The Behemoths began to die from Cancer. But are there zombie diseases that affect them?
I always wanted to know the same thing. How is it that they got cancer, but the others didn't really seem to get sick at all?
Well I attribute the cancer to the chemicals that Ink gave the Behemoths to make them like they were. Then he changed the cocktail for the Little/Numbered Ones. Then finally the next kind we haven't seen yet thanks to Saul.
Kind of funny if you think about it. Ink made it more complicated for himself then he needed to. Zombies will outlast survivors. All he had to really do was have the zombies gather all the resources into one spot and wait to trap anyone crazy enough to try to get them. Plus, if he could have the zombies dig tunnels all over LA, then I would just have them compromise the foundations of any buildings and make them fall down, or dig into the colony. Infiltrate while the survivors guard is down. Ink just focuses his energies in slightly the more complicated route.
The fact that Ink had so many plans and was executing them so quickly makes him one of the scariest villains I have ever seen.
Or they could escape the Jail by tunnel to find themselves in the arena.
You be quiet. Oops too late, it's out in the universe and now we are forced to listen to people scream and die, again.
So, I counter your pessimistic tripe with, they open the doors, meet up with Jeremy and Bogart, all make it outside to find Gavin zooming up in his 1959 Chevy Impala blasting "I Feel Good" by James Brown. They all pile in, even Fredo, and drive off. Not into the sunset though, it has to be earlier because they need time to find a safe place to set up camp.
I hope that you are right Kat E. I really do.
Oh I know you do, perhaps most of us do. I figure June 3 will be a day that will live on in infamy. Too bad we can't take a page out of the Peter Pan script and "clap" our way to keeping characters alive. Come on Tinkerbell!!!!
All clapping does is upset Tony Rey. Which is enjoyable unto itself.
I still have questions about Ink and his plans though. Did ALL of the Numbered kind die? Did all the New Kind that Saul heard all die? Was there a more powerful zombie in the depths of the tunnels that we never saw that Ink was working for?
There are just so many possibilities.
