Lotsa blondes live in Hawaii. I just pictured a piloty-looking man, and pilots are usually thin and wiry with aviator glasses.

Aaron Eckhart for the role of Michael. This guy does an outstanding job of playing the staff sergeant in Battle: LA. He would be a good fit.
