Hi I'm Milt living in Norfolk, VA. I've been a big fan of the Zombie genre since George Romero's Night of the Living Dead (saw it first on TV in the 70's). I don't do forums that much but this one is definitely worth it. I would like to read what other people think about one of the best stories ever told in this genre. I bumped into "We're Alive" (WA) while searching Amazon.com for another zombie book. I heard a sample of it, which made me purchase Season 1 and 2 from Audible.com. I was hooked just from the sample audio! I seen uncountable zombie movies and have about 30 e-books on my tablet. WA is one of the best! Some people may disagree, but in IMHO, I like the WA audio drama a bit more than the "Walking Dead" (WD) TV series. Don't get me wrong, WD is bad A**!, But WA has more action, suspense, different types of zombies, and I can have my own view of how the characters look (lol). WA seems to be more than an infection that started it like most (if not all) zombie movies, with the exception of Allen Ormsby"s "Children Should Play With Dead Things - (1970's bad acting, very low budget, but a very good and creepy story!). You know, I don't think the writers should let us really know why it happened, and who the guy in the pin strip suite really is until a couple more season down the road. Those two points in the plot really bugs me and will make me come back for more just because I don't know yet.
Anyway I can't wait until season 4!!! WA is too INTENSE!!!
Thanks
