But considering the huge impact this would have on the complete WA-story and WA-universe I hold it as unlikely that Scratch's gonna bite the dust. She is way too important, and she would live a huge void space, if she died. And WA is not ready for this ...

I think when it comes to what is going to happen to Scratch, I think anyone of the following things will happen

1)she will get away with it and nothing will happen to her

2)Durai will attempt to execute her but she will escape and hide until everything is settled and overhears that Michael and co. went to ft. irwin and heads there by herself

3)she will kill Durai after he attempts to execute her and she will take over
