daaaamn!
I know it doesn't contribute to the overall conversation. But wow, man, wow!!! Heck, I'll even throw in a Nature Boy "Wooooooooooo!!!!" for good measure. That was fantastic!

My mind has been totally blown. Well not really..mostly confirmed a few of my long standing suspicions. But I still want to know how it all happened for a long time. Finally getting there =)
This episode makes me giddy!!!!! (clapping hands, curling toes)
I think this calls for a certain favorite guest star one We're Not Dead...and I ain't talking about nikvoodoo
I just so don't care about the whole rat plot and I'm not sure why. intellectually I know it's a plot point that has some importance in the storyline. It seems kind of soap opera-like. Maybe because it just seems like a distraction from the big picture parts of the story that interest me more--like the how and why of the infection and/or survival techniques.
Plus, it's the end of the world and the first instincts of the Mallers was to make new and creative ways to hurt other people...which is just sad. s'why there was an apocalypse in the first place.
I have to relisten tomorrow at work. So much to absorb!
Just amazing, thanks KC.
Fact about Kalani/the shooter of Pippin: yesterday I was working late without access to the new episode, so I relistened to everything, almost. So, I was listening when Burt is trying his little explosive contraption at LAX while they wait for Kalani to come, and the noise attracts a zombie, the silenced pistol is already not in the bag. Saul and Burt were already out when Pippin arrives at the Tower, and Kalani sees him from the security monitors. So, if as it seems the case, he's the shooter, he already had the silenced pistol stowed away. Just wondering when did he take it and why. Just as a precaution, being the rat and not knowing what could happen? Wasn't that an unnecessary risk, as he was by then probably trying go set things straight and siding up with the tower?
(sidenote: I was performing tedious tasks on medical machinery late yesterday night, and I listened to the old episodes to pass time. It wasn't until I got to the Mark of the Beast chapter, that I realized I was all alone, in a dark hospital ward, with lights off except in the room I was in. Kalani and Riley exploring the mental hospital... Damn, not doing that EVER AGAIN)
Oh boy... yeah, that was not my finest deductive reasoning, I'll admit, so I banned myself from posting for the rest of the evening. Ha ha... about 5% actual evidence and 95% my bullshit freestyling speculation about name origins, genetics, and red hair dye! Whooooooo!I had to stop myself before I started analyzing Mr. Whisker's pee for evidence of where the Mallers took Lizzy!
I'm afraid this is just going to encourage Kc's manipulative nature, and he's gonna start throwing in all these little hints and tidbits that don't mean shit. Can you imagine? Saul is going to come across someone's old T-Shirt for the MALL of America... or some old pack of GATEKEEPER cigs... or a big ZERO spray painted on a dumpster... and saps like me will be going apeshit trying to decypher what it means! Meanwhile, Kc will be doing his evil villain laugh next Monday night, shaking his head at all the foolery...
A cigar is sometimes just a cigar... got it. But wait a minute--Victor smokes cigars, right? Doesn't that mean that--
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! (THUMP, THUMP)
