I think it might be. I just uploaded a picture as a test run into the Refueling Station article and it accepted it just fine.

OK< did some more testing, uploading that file is fine. There's a few ways to do it. One is that button, but you upload a file with the same name as the article. The article acts as a file then. It sounds funny, but it works.
If you do it wrong, you'll get this message:
"
The following errors occurred with your submission

• You must attach a file with the same filename as this article's title."

There's another way I'm looking into. Stand by.

Does anyone have a visual preference for the character page layouts? Sometimes the basic biographical information is above the Content Box, sometimes its below it. What do we want the official look to be?
