I need Figureheads. Like Lizzy with the water and Datu with the power and what not.
They'd basically be Admins... Then they would dictate a couple of Moderators from there area to be mods in their area.
And I'd be like the Michael type person. In charge of everything, at the top. Being top dog, but also if the shit hits the fan I do too.
