I listen to ALOT of podcasts every week and finally got a good lot that I've been regulary listening to for years now and would highly recommend.

Spill.com (You have to go to this site, it's primarily a movie review site but its also branching out into gaming. It's hilarious!)
4PlayerPodcast(It's a gaming podcast where best friends talk about gaming and also they stream every night, games that they are playing.)
The Comic Conspiracy (It's a great podcast about comics where the guys from comics conspiracy talk about new releases in comics.)
We're alive (Ofcourse)
The Nerdist (Nerdy comedians, interviewing famous people in LA, they actually just aired their first tv show version of the podcast on BBCAmerica)
Knockin Boots (IGN staff discussing sex with listeners asking for advice while they are getting drunk)
The gamespy Debriefings/ Now The Comedy Button (This is one of the funniest podcasts I've ever listened to. It's supposed to about gaming but ends up going down random tangents. The show is on a break but coming back as the Comedy button soon)
