A semi automatic pistol used by the survivors in the tower.

Chapter 1 - It begins - Part 2: Riley is given a M9 Pistol (Known on the civilian market as a Beretta 92) by Angel while traveling to the Tower, Pegs was also offered another piece but refuses for a yet unknown reason.

If it's possible, I'd like to revise the title of this article from Beretta 92 to Beretta M9/92FS, just to be all encompassing as they're virtually the same weapon, but have different markings and obtained from different sources (Military vs. Civillian Market).

I think it would make more sense just to call it "Beretta". The story doesn't specify types, but if they were both on the same page, then you could mention different types in there.

But if you were to just call it "Beretta", it could refer to their entire weapons line as well.

I'd say thats okay, because thats what the story refers to it as.

If someone wanted to know which Beretta Saul/Riley/Gatekeeper/whoever was talking about, they could come to the wiki, click on where it says Beretta, and then the page itself would say that it was a pistol, be it an M9 or a 92 or whatever. If you have two different pages for example, someone with no experience of guns wouldn't know which to click on.

That's the way I see it anyway.

Well nonetheless, my opinion is that the story only calls it a "beretta" and the wiki should too. As far as i know, there is no evidence what kind of beretta is used. I would suggest that if we find out that two different kinds of Beretta were used, then maybe the title could be changed to Berettas, and then we could seperate out the different kinds. Maybe like the shotgun page. Just my thoughts.

Well, there is evidence as to what Beretta is used, because they're drawn from the armory in the begining, that would make those M9s. But I digress. . .
