Hugh Laurie, and he's definitely not the only one. Simon Baker (The Mentalist), Hugh Jackman (Wolverine, and much more), and others. Those are just from the top of my mind.

It's like a British accent from someone whose only exposure to British accents was Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins.
