Yup, you got it. I though it was "Lard" at first, then after rechecking it sounded like Larth. It seemed to me that Mr Larth was not just on the same floor as Cindy, but he was brought down right outside her door.

I think that I need to do another listen through for question fodder... questions that are a bit more straightforward and less open to opinion.
