The clue helped a lot! I was doing the same as RobZombie, thinking of EVERY instance a woman was mentioned. Then, while trying to figure out EVERY instance that referenced something 'across the street' I thought of the neighborhood gossip where I grew up. Her named was SHIRLEY!
