She could very well be pregnant from Saul, enough time has passed for the symptom of "morning sickness" to show itself. If she was infected, i think KC would have defiantly written something about that, i don't think Saul and Lizzie were getting it on while he was bed ridden, it wouldn't make any sense. i know that is the last thing i think about when i am sick like he was, and i think i have libido close to Saul's.
