The bigger chemical on his head could be classified as a tricyclic. The problem is that these structures are very similar and just a minor change can mean something totally different and there are lots and lots of different types. These are drugs that can be antidepressants, anti-psychotic or even more mundane anti-histamine, etc.. It might be possible to decipher it perfectly, but we also know that there is some liberty when it comes to the artwork of the show.

I think it is more important to realize that it is a mix of real chemistry, alchemy, voodoo, hieroglyphs, eastern Asian etc.

Let's convince a few of the cast to get some sharpies and pin KC down, draw the correct symbols on him in the correct spots, and then take pictures....

Well, I guess that regarding all this head tattooes voodoo, Ink could kick himself for not using a tablet computer when it comes to chemical experiments:

Oh, too bad the zombicalypse already started in 2009 when there had not been any good tablets on the market.

Yea, funny the way stuff works like that. That tablet is way better and cooler than that tricorder Spock had to use... Lol

I've found a few things that show it could mean summer.

And just as I finish putting that up, there are others that say they could be stars. If we assume they are stars, could it be a constellation on his head?

Well, he says 'a cross with a triangle ON it', so I'd guess it's above the cross... I'd have called it a triangle with a cross on it if it had been Phosphorus.
