just seen a low budget flick. called Dark was the Night. it wasn't too bad. some semi famous actors. good rental

Just saw the trailer - looks good, thanks for the recommendation. It has Kevin Durand (The Strain) - he's very good and really should be a more popular actor.

Well written (screaming bloody murder and dystopian gun battles are not necessary in EVERY SINGLE monster movie), well directed, great casting, perfect settings, interesting mythology, and the ending was just...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! No way! Then the music comes up and you're like, That was so cool!
