edit: only issue I see is the super8 does not have a conference room or something we could use for a Friday fan meet up. As far as rooms, distance, and other things go its perfect...ill look into this more over the weekend.

There's a slight chance we might go to the bar next door, so that isn't bad. That's still up in the air, but we'll see.

Looks reasonable... I had a peek at Google maps, it looks to be about what? Three blocks from the venue? That's easily doable. Even when a bar next to the venue is taken into consideration. I've walked further than that in Korea during/after a night on the town.

For those that may be flying into the city, what would you recommend for getting to the hotel from the airport? Taxi or public transportation?
