Mark Ditka, son of former Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka, has been arrested for what may be his fourth DUI.

According to WGNTV News, Ditka was driving erratically near his home in Deerfield when he was pulled over by police Sunday morning at around 3:45 a.m. The Chicago Tribune reports that Ditka was driving with a suspended license, and refused to take a blood or breathalyzer test. The Tribune also reports that when officers searched his car, they found a bottle of unmarked Hydrocodone pills. Hydrocodone is an opiate, and a controlled substance that requires a prescription.

Police say Ditka was charged with felony aggravated DUI and felony possession of a controlled substance, and was cited for the suspended license, driving an uninsured vehicle, and improper lane usage.

Last year, Ditka was charged with DUI with a BAC of twice the legal limit. Those tests were thrown out because of possible chewing tobacco contamination. The Huffington Post reports that Ditka was arrested two other times for DUI but in each case he was found not guilty.

Mark Ditka posted the $25,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court at 10:30 a.m. on November 2.
