So it's semi safe to assume Angel and Burt are making their last stand against an unending Horde of zombies. With their balls to the wall in a on call room/supply closet. If anything im thinking "I never thought it would end this way for them." Angel even gave the entire "Go we'll hold them off speech/Get out while you still can speech". Burt gave the entire "GET TO THE CHOPPAH" line to Kalani.
