Hi Cammi,
welcome to the show.
Hi, I'm Alizée. I'm 22 and really shy about posting on forums, 'cause I don't even know...just self conscious or like, hey this isn't an important thing to say I guess.
However, I am trying to rid myself of those feels as I really, really love We're Alive and I look forward to, in the very least, reading all the awesome stuff people have to say!
I'm from Central Alberta and I work full-time. When I'm not working I'm usually working with stage makeup, writing or playing piano.
It's nice to meet you guys
So happy to see more of my Canadian brothers (and sisters) joining us.

I'm in Vancouver. Spent a few years in Edmonton though. Don't miss the great flatlands at all.

That's so weird. We had mandatory French classes too but it was strictly Parisian (that I can remember anyway). Every time there was a discussion about how to say something in Québécois the teacher would shoot it down, saying, "Learn the proper form first, slang later."
To Yet Another Bloody Cheek:
Merci mon amis! My French is quite basic because, sadly I had learned a ton a couple summers ago but because I didn't have anyone to use it with I lost it! Maybe we can speak in French 'cause I'm sure it'll start coming back to me.
