Look on the bright side. Now we can easily get to all that oil under the ice shelves. I think it is high time we brought democracy to those penguins and polar bears.

Penguins have been oppressed. They may also have oil. Or terror. Aren't penguins being terrorized by whales? Fuckin' whales! FREEDOM!
Kidding aside though, I couldn't pin all the blame on America. Every country on the planet is to blame for this mess. Except for Canada.
Seems some people seem to act that because they cannot see anything happening now, as scientists say it will take years to take effect, that nothing will happen now, so nothing needs to be done.
So we're surrounded by ostriches? Is that even a word?
I believe in it. I live in New Mexico and we got SNOW today!! This time of year we are usually battling 80-100 degree weather...
LMAO that was hilarious
I will just start with I believe Climate Change is a real issue and that man does play a role in it. Man however is not sole reason and we need to accept that some climate change is natural. These are not separate issues so why leave out a variable. I just wish that 2 things would get solved; one being regulation is not a magical fix but rather an excuse to find loopholes or excuses to come up with the money making ventures like Carbon Credits; two is, and I'm not sure if it is the same in other countries but, if meteorologists are not capable of telling us what the weather is going to be in a week then how reliable are any studies on weather or climate when weather prediction is essentially educated guess work. The weather prediction issue really drives me crazy regardless of how much it plays a role in climate study. I just hope we don't start trying to control the weather on a mass scale like what China did for the Olympics.
I think part of the reason it keeps coming up is because of the severity. They're trying to scale things in a way that people might actually take notice. Storms get stronger, damage becomes more catastrophic, strain on the economy, and hardship for the many.
Climate change takes place. That's that. The reasons for this: heavy and increasing industries (since 150 years now) as well as cutting down the giant forests all over the world - not only in South America and Africa, but also in the USA, Canda, Russia, Skandinavian countries and shit ...It is a huge picture, which also includes consumer idiocy as well as sacrificing the understanding that it cannot go on like this.
