Number on the door

Does the number on the door above mean anything? Has it always been there, and I just now noticed it? I am an Arrested Development and Doctor Who fan, so with the new season of AD and the end of Series 7 of DW I have been reading a lot into things in the background and stuff that casual fans would just not notice.

Dude, there was only 868, 39 explosions and five "cuts" over the course of all three seasons.

Season 4 has no guns, btw. Kc told me earlier this afternoon.
