I'm checking this out this morning. So is there still an issue? I checked the default settings and everyone can view blogs by default. BUT, there is a personal setting to restrict who can read your blog on your own profile page. I'll check those out now.

just looked in my own settings, but everything seems squared away.

Yup! It's a glitch. All your blogs are there, they just aren't linking properly with that button. I'm looking into it.
