Well I don't listen to music when I run I slow down and mess with the controls. So I just run without. I run faster. But I used to listen to old school metallica. when I ran slow. Sorry Bro I don't have any answers for you. I guess use trial and error.
Almost anything by Deadmau5. They're techno, and when ever I hear them I feel like I have to run and jump around because of the energy.
