Great to see another disturbed fan around here! They used to be my favourite for a long time, before I stopped listening frequently.
Just getting back into their previous albums - I think Asylum is too much of the same, to behonest.
Currently, listening to "Remember". I think Prayer is one of their best songs.
My current favourite artist/band is Alter Bridge. They're also the one that kicked Disturbed off the #1 spot, roughly one and a halve year ago.
Can't get enough of their latest album, "AB III". It's a so-called 'concept album', so listening it from beginning to the end really pays off. Since AB III, I started listening to full albums instead of shuffling everything into massive random playlists.
If you decide to check their songs, I recommend you'd listen to Slip To The Void and Words Darker Than Their Wings, AB III's first and last track respectively. Blackbird is simply epic, too.
Words Darker Than Their Wings is my current favourite, from all the songs I've ever heard. It's got a unique sound to it, which captivated almost everyone I know.

Asking me to pick a favourite is actually a lot harder than I thought. The problem being I love so many different artists/musicians for lots of different reasons.

I have eclectic tastes and couldn't possibly limit myself to one band/Artist/Composer, too difficult. I will check my ipod plays later though and see who comes out on top (I know it's P.I.L. at the moment as I just re-listened to the entire back catalogue, but who is after that).
Recenlty It's Nickelback!!
For a while now, Giant Squid has been my all time favorite band. There's absolutely no one like them, and no other band that makes me feel the way they do.
