I am Evil, but it will be here eventually. There's just a few last chunks missing in the wiki, and once they are there, the map goes up.

I would like to add Cain General Hospital to the map, but my computer skills are very limited to typing fast. Can someone put it up, or show me how?
I'll add it to the Google map. I had to disable public editing, as someone had gone in a moved everything around.
i'm guessing Cain General Hospital is a made up name
the location of the hospital i think is being described is on North Vermont Avenue, which is about 3 miles NW of the tower
If Angel, Saul or Burt, took the time to look in the phone book, would Raydon Labs be listed? Is in in Einglewoods? Where does Burt live? I suspect that it is on the Eastern side of Engelwoods.
Kc somewhat answered that question before. The way you pose it is different than it has been asked previously (Originally we were asking about the importance of the house being on the map at all, not if it should be Kelly's house), but it appears that the reason it shows as Tommy's house was to give proximity for the breakout. I'm linking to onslaught's initial question, and if you scroll down you'll see my response, followed by Kc's two posts later.
Could it be a snafu? Yep. But it might still just be for the effect.

When they set out to the water pumping station and the trackers they mention that they are to the south, but he map shows it to the north.

It's possible that the map is wrong. If you find another reference to either location being somewhere other than "south of the tower," then perhaps it needs updating. It's also possible that it was an oversight in the writing process, or misread dialogue that was never corrected. Good catch, I don't have an answer.
