Greetings Forum!
I'm 27, from BC Canada. I consider myself a hybrid nerd. I'm a mostly self taught PHP programmer by trade, but I used to do many different things which include professional break dancing, both teaching and performing and I used to own/operate an internet gaming center called The Kave. I'm an enormous fan of Left 4 Dead 2, so We're Alive was a no brainer for me. Oddly I didn't even hear about this epic radio drama until just 3 days ago. I want to give an enormous THANK YOU to the entire We're Alive team for giving me 3 full days of Zombie bliss while I listened to all 20 chapters day in and day out. I didn't even fall asleep until 7am one night! I am completely ADDICTED to We're Alive. I'm telling everyone I can and I'm trying to give out Cd's of the of the audio files and as soon as I get ahead on my finances next week I hope to purchase the Cd set.
UNBELIEVABLE Work guys! The amount of dedication and passion you are all pouring into the project while still retaining the "donation" model is simply astounding. You are all beautiful people. You give me renewed hope in the world of media and entertainment. Thank you, thank you and thank you!
My name is Lazer Wolff, I am from the year 1342. I have been sent back in time to help the humans raise from the ashes of the first lost war to the zombie army!

Im Jesse, but i write under the pretentious pen name Rune. There isnt much to know. Im a student, studying chemistry at uni. My life ambition is to join the auzzie army and try the selection course for special forces, I cant just yet because I have to reapply (they turned me down the 1st (2) times I have applied). I write a bit. Mostly zombie fiction but a little other stuff. Ive lived in a few places over australia coz my family is in mining. I found were alive by searching zombies on itunes. I have been thru the released stuff atleast twice each. I LOVE horror flicks. I cant stop laughing. Seriously... Why are you looking at me like that? Im not wierd I swear. Ok I am. But thats not the point. The point is I will survive the zombie apocalypse (too much time on my hands so I come up with ideas on how). So yeah. Thats me.
Hello all,
My name is Brandon. I'm 35, married with three kids. I reside in the armpit of Oklahoma, aka. Woodward. I work for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
I was introduced to the podcast about 2 weeks ago and am on chapter 19. A truely awesome show.
greetings all. been around here for a little while already, but finally getting around to posting this bit. I live in Fargo, ND...I will pause momenntarily for the obligatory wood chipper comment I know half of you are formulating...and work at a local ISP. I found out about We're alive from a post on a fantasy football forum i also frequent and have been hooked ever since. i am into good literature, from O. Henry to the Dresden Files, XBox, Dragon Age to CoD, and tv/film, from The Princess Bride to Battlestar Galactica, and tabletop gaming, from RISK to most RPGs. also, I enjoy the frequent use of commas, as you can see here.
Thanks for weaving such a great story, KC...I look forward to following it all the way to the end.
Hola my name is Gilberto or GilTheFish. I have been a fan of We're alive for about 1-1 1/2 months and now I can't stop listening to it. I'm from LA and I'm 13 and going going to be 14 on the 24th. I found out about We're Alive because of Greg Miller(Pete).
SCOOP!!!
Hello, my name is Evan. Age 21. I live in Edmonton, Canada. University Student in the Bachelor of Child and Youth Care program.
Nerdiness to the max. I have a DS, Wii and Xbox 360. I actually have an old Sega Saturn that unfortunately only works 5% of the time.
I have been constructing and reconstructing my zombie plans for 5 or 6 years now. I have even been fortunate enough to make allies with some who will hopefully survive long enough when outbreak hits. Loving the We're Alive series.
I'm a bit of an anime fan as well.
for now this is where I stop with the details.
Hello, just a avid listener and Photographer from Detroit, MI. If you guys ever need photos of burned out building and such, lol...i can help
Hello all! Im brand new to the whole forum thing. I love the podcast and the Fan-cast they both brighten my otherwise dark day. Im a gamer if its not already obvious which means only one of two things i found this through game-scoop or i found this through the nerdist. well if you guessed game-scoop you are correct. Im super shy so i will most likely be lurking on a semi consistant basis. alright enough about me. Have a great day :)zomnotebook:)
Welcome to the forums! glad to have ya!
Welcome to the forums! lurk all you like, but just know that eventually nikvoodoo will probably come up with a theory so ludicrous that even you will be compelled to respond to put him down. =)
Just kidding, nik...mostly.
hey if you have any photos of burned out buildings i would be kinda interested in that, im aspiring film director and i love that stuff for inspiration!
Hello all
The name is Mack, been listening for about 9 months and just recently found we're not dead. Which is what brought me here.
This seems to be the friendliest forum, I have ever lurked so I am very happy to have joined. So on to the introduction
I was born at an early age, in a log cabin I helped my father build.
I work two jobs, I am an apprenticing gunsmith during the day, and work maintenance at night. I have played video games most of my life, and enjoy the outdoors very much. I also shoot in local high power service rifle and handgun competitions. I also fish and hunt when I have the time.
I listen to podcasts at night while I am at work, and have probably listened to the We're Alive drama ten times. I'm very excited to get to know you all, and hopefully can be a contributing member. Thank you for having me
Well crap been here for ten minutes and already screwed up, I didn't mean to start a new thread just for my introduction. Mods delete or move if necessary or at yor discretion. Sorry guys
Thank you, again sorry for the screwup, lol, last time i jump before i look, lets hope 2nd impressions are as good as 1st.
I found this forum through the podcast site. I found the podcast site because I was doing a search for zombie story podcasts. I read zombie novels, and play L4D.
I cannot figure out a way to download the MP3 files for the podcast, and save them to my PC. When I use the MP3 link it automatically starts playing on my WMP, but I can't just save it. My goal is to get these MP3's onto my phone and listen while I'm at work. My phone isn't a smartphone but it does have a connenction to the internet and can run MP3's. I sometimes download other podcasts from other sits directly from my phone, but the We're Alive website is too large for my phone to handle and I can't download straight from there.
Anyone have any suggestions? Please feel free to email me.
My name is Paul and I'm 17 years old. I found We're Alive because of an episode of Gamescoop and Greg Miller mentioned the podcast. I have been listening since December 2010 and i absolutely love this podcast.
Hello,
