Hey, it's an awesome series! You should definitely look it up, I can even help you with that :D
Scott siglers the Crypt is amazing just enter it on iTunes and you'll find it
I'm going to send out an invite to another forum who specializes in Audio Dramas to post ads for their shows here. That way during the time off others can discover more to listen to.
I produce 19 Nocturne Boulevard (www.19nocturneboulevard.com / http://nineteennocturne.libsyn.com) - an anthology series (those half hour stories are great for commutes). Stories range from horror, to sci fi, to drama, to romance, to comedy, to whatever I felt like writing that day...
;)
I would suggest The Witchhunter Chronicle and Edict Zero. Also, One-Eighteen Migration (for a completely different take on a zombie apocalypse).
There's LOTS of great stuff out here.
[didn't take me long to jump on that invite - eh? Thanx much KC!!]
Someone already mentioned us earlier in the thread, but I thought I'd jump into the discussion since the invite went out.
I'm the executive producer of Pendant Productions, and we've got a whole pile of audio dramas for those looking for new content.
We have a shared comic universe we refer to as "Earth-P", which presently incorporates shows based on Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Catwoman and Green Arrow. Each of those shows releases one new episode a month, and most of them have been running on that schedule for years now (Green Arrow is a new addition, but give it time).
We've also got completed fan productions based on Star Wars, Indiana Jones and James Bond, as well as an ongoing Star Trek-based show that's been running for over five years (with, again, one new episode every month).
We've also got many original shows as well, including:
Dixie Stenberg and Brassy Battalion - a sci-fi action/comedy set during WWII done as an homage/spoof of old time radio
The Kingery - a sci-fi crime drama about a mob family, the resort they own and the people who try to take it from them
Genesis Avalon - an original superhero audio drama where personal demons are tougher to kill than literal demons
Red Sands Investigations - A woman inherits her uncle's detective agency after his death, which didn't at all happen the way she was told
The Line - A war between heaven and hell breaks out on earth, and a troubled girl is caught in the middle
Seminar - an anthology show in the grand "Twilight Zone" tradition, with no restrictions on genre
Of the above, "Dixie" has completed its story over the course of 50 episodes, but the rest are still permanently ongoing with new episodes every month.
We've had at least one show as a Parsec finalist every year for the last four years, and I certainly hope that trend continues in 2011. Stop by and check us out, and hopefully you'll find something you enjoy! :)
On a side note, you all might recognize Julie as one of the radio operators from the Colony :)
