Hey people names Mario love the podcast love the podcast about the podcast lol ...my buddy turned me on to this ..and I love it its great ..I can't get enough...I'm just sad that I'm caught up and have to wait ...
I'm Joel, starting listening around the "Seperate Dying Embers" chapter, of course, I listened to them all in about a day and a half, but then again, who doesn't?
I tend to relisten once a month :( , while doing long assignments.
Glad that I'm not the only one who listens to them a million times!
sup ! the names Zane and well not much to say, i love zombies, found the podcast, found the forum :P
The name is Servando and I love the podcast. I happened to find it one day on the zune network while trying to put music on a piece of crap 120gb Zune that broke on me the 3rd day i had it. Anyways, I'm glad though to have found the podcast of this and I'm hoping to get the remastered CD of the first season.
Other than that, a few things about me is that I'm attending college, looking for a job, and eagerly awaiting more episodes of We're Alive. I just happened to catch up on all the episodes yesterday after first picking up the series the week before spring break. So now I'm currently caught up on everything while being stuck with having to relisten to all the episodes a 3rd time. Which i have no problems doing.
My favorite character coming into this series is Angel being that he has the best lines, moments, and story arcs. And, I'll stop right here before i bore everyone, ha. Anyways, hoping to be a big part of the community.
Hello, my name is Laura and I live in Texas. I've never been part of a fan forum before, but from what I've read I really like the discussion because it helps me get more out of the story, which I love, hence my moniker. I LOVE stories. I think deep down everybody does: it's an integral part of being human.
A story about me: After I got into WA, my husband was like, "oh cool, lets watch a zombie movie." So we literally got 5 minutes into some sort of classic and I was so scared I had to stop and watch Extras or something. I'm such a wuss.
But, as my profile states, one of the things I love about WA is that it provides the audio and I get to provide the visuals. And it turns every commute on the train into me getting to secretly simultanously be in post-zombie-apocalypse LA with my characters and in Norte Tejas mass-transportation commuting with the tens. Brilliant.
Good to see another Texan
Hi all!
I'm from a small town in the north of England, in the UK.
I first came across this incredible phenomenom whilst searching on my ipod for some sort of audio drama to listen to whilst on my journey to work.
It was about the start of the second season when i "joined" , but downloaded all the previous chapters and started listening from the begining.
I was quite simply blown away!
I ended up going to work having not slept much because i was listening to We're Alive all through the night!
Amazing writing, acting, sound effects, producing, music etc, etc.
Awesome!
Thank you for a fantastic show, and long may it continue.
Can't wait for the next episode.
Take care all

Welcome to the forum Meredith!
Hey survivors,
currently its 5 a.m. roughly. Can't sleep.
I'm TheNomad, or preferably Nomad(Nickname given to me by my science teacher((which people actually use for me))). Real name Damon J. H., but lets not worry about the formalities shall we?
I live in "F-Town, IN" like the trend I see, a small town no one has ever heard of unless you've heard of James Dean then you do know where this town is located and heard of it possibly. I doubt I'll ever be able to leave this godforsaken place. I'm only seventeen, but I act beyond my age. Je parle un peu français, si vous obtenez ce que je dis. Comprennez-vous mes amis? I guess I'm a musician for a hobby, I've played guitar and bass guitar for about 8 years now I'm in two bands both non-serious type stuff. I don't wanna type this novel of my life story so moving on. I stumbled across this podcast whilst searching for performing arts in the Zune Marketplace. I saw ZOMBIES, and I was instantly drawn to it, like a moth to a flame per-say. I've always been into zombies as far back as I can remember. This podcast has become a daily thing for me, because I had this surgery and it requires me to sit for forty minutes at a time(twice a day and I'm not allowed to move around), so I spend those forty minutes enjoying We're Alive. Don't get me wrong I listen to it while I'm not just sitting there. I'm trying to do a couple chapters a day to not run out of material, but I suppose once I've listened to all that is currently available, I will RE-RUN it. It's hard not to just sit there and listen to them all straight ya' know? I love this podcast, and I hope it never ends. Which we all know all good things must come to an end, but lets all hope it doesn't end for a long time.
Adieu mes amis. Nomad.
Hey there!
I'm sorry to hear about the surgery - hopefully you'll recover quickly. Luckily, the podcast makes it somewhat more bearable.
Enjoy your stay :)
I forgot to say I'm Texan. Face palm, ha.
Anyways, Surgery recovery should always be treated listening to WA. It would make life so much better for everyone.

I found "We're Alive" last summer when it was up for some award, Downloaded the whole series and have been hooked ever since.
The one thing I hated about being caught up is that I now have to wait for the next episode to come out.
I've been watching zombie stuff since I was a kid and Dawn of the Dead trailers on TV scared the crap out of me.
Loving "We're Alive", "We're not Dead", "the Walking Dead" books as well as TV Show & eagerly awaiting for the conclusion of the "Morningstar Saga"
So scope out your neighborhood, find your safe spot room and let's ride out this zombie infestation together.
Welcome Fecker!
Welcome BvGLee... You have created your own short story here...
Glad you can join the rest of us walking food dispensers!
Hola, hi I am from Puerto Rico, I am a freaking fan of zombie books. I found about the zombiepotcast last month and now I am adicted to it. I dont now if some one else in from Puerto Rico I wold like to now. I have read 7 zombie books and I am a fan of zombie comics, and every night I pray for a good zombie movie. sory for the gramar, English is my secon language, and I am a agronomist, so if the zombie apocalipse come, I have nolegue in the agricultiral aspect...
Hello all, I'm Joel - I discovered this awesome podcast back when the Walking Dead first premiered, and on of the military forums I visit, someone had a link to here, and I've been hooked ever since. As sort of indicated earlier, I am in the military, so I do keep an ear open, listening for those small details of authenticity that KC puts in the podcast, based on his prior service. They may be small things, but I greatly appreciate them as other people just say to hell with accuracy, let's just go wild!
Hi everyone, well my name is Robb ( FullHavok) i'm from Sunny south Florida, down south.. I've been in to Zombies since i could remember, I'm a huge gamer, use to love reading Comics, but no time now, I'm a father of two, & I'm old enough to remember seeing the pilot of Knight Rider, when it first aired. ( Mind you i was a littler kid & my dad made me sit tru it. ) (Thanks Dad :0) I found your podcast & later this site, From j.l bourne's facebook page. let me tell you, the podcast is so awesome, ( I know, I'm a noobie) I started from chapter one, I've been listening to /from work. I to have/had a quasi pathological fear of them. You know its really bad when your 4 year old is telling you.. "its not real mommy and if it was you just shoot them in the head." My kids got me hooked on the pod cast and it helped a great deal. now I can enjoy more of the genre of zombie
Welcome!
Hi, I'm Blush! I live in Kelowna, BC. I found out about the zombie podcast from my brother (ObamaCat) and I LOVE IT! It's painful waiting for each episode, but I'm really enjoying where the story is going.
I read the whole thing and I approve. Welcome :)Quote:

I love the freaky rotting bundles of fun and to that end I have met quite a few people from the field of zombie film making on my little pilgrimages, including George A. Romero, Tom Savini, John A. Russo, Ken Foree, David Emgee, Tony Todd, and Bill Mosely among others...
Ok, so a little more about myself; I have a great passion for movies, especially horror films, often finding myself collecting horror memorabilia and scary things in general (maybe being born on Halloween may explain a few things here!). Truly I have one of the biggest DVD collections around and a 50" TV to enjoy it on, but that's just me bragging now so I'll stop.
I'm also quite the comic book fan; I love reading graphic novels and creepy tales in my spare time, however if I’m not doing that or socialising on my days off I can be found in front of my laptop writing my latest story or script, or with a drawing pad, pencil at the ready, sometimes down by the local river; it seems I have quite an artistic streak to me- both in writing and sketching- and I see myself as a once promising artist before life sorta kicked in.
I guess this just complements my idiosyncratic personality...
Welcome aboard, McDave, from one noobie to another!
so- brand new to the forum, but i have been listining to Were Alive for a wile now. figured it was time to get off my lazy ass and contribute. so im sitting here typing and listing to the LOVELY miss. Brombbacher on were not dead.
i was rased on horror and servival flix, i love zombies and all the classic universal monsters. im into sfx makeup work (prostetics, ect...)
so far i am blown away by the podcast. i also am amazed by the way the fans have such a strong voice in the evolution of were not alive.
Hey everybody,
My name is Vern but on the internet and xbox I go by LoadingGodmode or LG. I stumbled upon the We're Alive podcast in just a search for entertainment during my workday. I downloaded it in hopes of getting me through a workday or two. Little did I know I would fall in love and I am about to be on my third listen through next week.
I work fulltime and I'm going to start college back up in the summer, fulltime so my schedule is always pretty packed.
Other than that I really enjoy playing video games, I am trying to get my girlfriend into games without any success thus far, but I have not given up :p
I also really love sports. Basketball in particular. I've been playing since 2nd grade. Haven't stopped since.
Another one of my hobbies is my YouTube page. I love to make video game related videos and post them on YouTube. I also love to edit videos but my cruddy computer has put that on hold for a while.
Hey everyone,
My name is Justin out in the really real world but on the internet I go by the name of Kafu288, Kafu or just The Kaf. Whatever really. If your wondering about that name, I was watching scrubs one time and on the episode where Turk's talking about his new phone number, I heard him(might have been JD) say that the old number spelled kafudamaha. I'm not sure whether that's exactly what he said but that's what I heard lol. So that was my name for a while but everyone called me kafu so I shortened it to that. The 288 part? I do ten pin bowling as a sport and 288 is my current high score.
A bit about me: I don't like horror. I don't like zombies. Some of you might say "well then why are you here? You realise what we're alive is about right?". To those people I say that I heard IGN powerhouse Greg Miller recommend the We're alive podcast saying it had a good story, and I figured I'd check it out and the quality voice acting and sound effects and storyline sucked me in and now I'm like obsessed with it. That was about 4 days ago, and yes, I've already caught up and am loving the story so far, and I guess this podcast is starting to turn me into a zombie fan.
Aside from that, I really love sports. Particularly AFL (Australian football), the NBA and Soccer. We don't get much of the NBA down here in the OZ but I try to catch what games I can. I don't really follow any particular team I just have about 10 players I like lolz. I'm currently a first year University student here in the city of Townsville (I live next door to the powerpuff girls) and I'm studying Chem.
That's enough about me I guess.
Oh and LoadingGodmode, if your trying to get your gf into games, you should try Epic Kirby and Super Mario Galaxy. Epic Kirby she can't die and chicks love that, and super mario galaxy? she can just sit their, point the remote and join in. Its worked for me before.
Welcome folks,
glad to hear there are even more enthusiastic people that join the conversation!
Yoink,
I'm Carolina, originally from IKEA land (i.e. Sweden), but currently living in Australia. Stumbled upon 'We're Alive' while searching for something to listen to on Stitcher. Had to start from the beginning, naturally, and now I'm totally hooked and can't wait to get more.
I've got a thing for podcasts (as well as D&D and other RPGs), so this is perfect. Gets me thru' seriously boring workdays, and sleepless nights, so thanks a lot!
