Na, boobs are not a problem. There have to be some advantages if you are from Europe! :D

Hard to believe there are any advantages, if you are from Europe ... O_o :zombie:
Anyway:
Yesterday something struck my mind: I see where some of the disappointment comes from - or at least I think I see ... Every now and then our expectations are not being confirmed by what the WA story really tells us. And I have the feeling that we tend to fall in love with our theories, assumptions, and ideas. Maybe it is a good idea to disconnect from our personal thoughts and ideas to a certain degree, or in other words: to let go from what we want or wish to see in the future. After all it is Kc who writes the story, and it is the cast and the crew telling the story.
This thought has come to my mind when I reconsider what we have written in the past about the lack of action, the development of CJ's and Michael's roles in the story, the mysterious zombie-tongue, etc. And I feel bad that I, too, have been criticizing some of these things with a shitload of arguments or wonnabe-arguments; after all I am not disappointed about how some things have evolved, but about how I have made my personal expectations more valuable than what Kc and WA-family have achieved so far. I am sorry. And I would like to share this emotional thought with the WA fans hoping to find some reflecting it similarly. But who am I, to judge others. And maybe - as usual - I am totally wrong ...
Ah, fuck it. This law-shit drives me crazy and I start writing stupid shit. Kelly! Help me!
Best wishes!
Liam
My personal goal with regards to WA is to simply write "Thank you guys, thanks you Mr Wayland, it has been a hell of a ride. Especially, thank you for allowing me to rape the English grammar multiple times here in the forum" at the very end of the show. I really enjoy the story because it could not differ further from the contemporary Hollywood way of story-telling. Call me a audiophile masochist but I like that my story predictions are often wrong - which feels good and right.
No offense, mate. But I think your way of writing in English is pretty well done - not only for a bloody Kraut or European. I have re-read some of my postings, and I really wonder how English-spokesmen are able to understand any of the shit I write, if not even I understand what I have written ... That's weird. :britt:
And absolutely: I enjoy failing with my predictions on a very regular basis, too. We should establish the KAFA - the Krautian Assumption Failing Association.
Kc's storytelling is pretty cool. And I like it a lot. Although WA is rushing towards its end, I really look forward to seeing,er, listening to the new project(s) by Kc ... That being said: I have not mentally quit from WA so far. And I look foward to re-listening to the show every now and then. And as soon as the giant-super-CD-box with all four seasons is available on Amazon or Audible or shit, I will go and get a copy asap - even, if I have to pay with my own blood.
And as an aside: Thank you, Kc and Osiris, for having given me some precious advice about how to approach writing. This has helped me a lot in my writing and especially the thinking about writing so far. I have started a small article-series on madadventurers(dot)com (under the pseudonym of Cpt. Future), and part of my work is based on the conceptual things you have told me.
Best wishes!
Liam
Okay, it is pun time: Liam, there is no way you are going to pay for the complete collection of WA with your own blood because EVERYONE knows that the veins of a lawyer are filled with (pun, pun!) ink.
Nevertheless, I really like the trailer you have created for your pseudonym, Cpt.!

If I could, I would rep you for this link. Yeah, this TV-show was brilliant - at least back then when I was a child. A lot of cool memories being resurrected.
Guess what, does it not seem at least a bit awkward to reference a TV series which included a living brain (Dr Simon Wright) as a character in a this brain-devouring zombie-forum?

Well, this thread has drifted, so I will fray it some more...
I'm watching Firefly and then all of a sudden it hit me, wow! Mal really looks like @scbubba!
Havn't had much time online to post theories and such...havn't even read through this whole topic yet...,,but i'll throw out a quick, not-so-in-depth prediction...actually a couple...
I foresee bad things at the hospital... As in the baby is kidnapped by scratch or ink leaving Saul dead, lizzy dead and tonya alive just long enough to relay the story...or...well... two dead, one to tell the story... the combination could be mixed either way.. Actually leaning more toward scratch taking Saul Jr....maybe Lizzy too....but do not see Saul making it much farther....sad face...:(
Still dont think King Datu will die...unless its to save everyone....maybe a change enough to communicate with the Zeds, and keep the crew safe.....because i dont think this hole has much to do with Ink...Its RANDY'S PLACE! :D:britt:
:tinfoil::tinfoil::tinfoil:
PS: Victor with the Matagun....Shit just got real! I fully expect Ink and all his Inklings to give up, run away, or commit suicide now. Victor + Matagun = Brain melting awesomeness!!!! Chuck Norris felt a twinge of fear and doubt run up his spine when that combination came together.
Why does this one come to my mind?

WD - your German aka Krautish is way better than what many Germans are used to talk and write like ... (Although it is tempting to suggest a few minor changes to what you have written ... *g* But that would be like this: "Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!"). :nik:
Best wishes
Liam
I was thinking about the name for the next chapter, Life and Death. A lot can be read into it. The most obvious could be that it means the birth of Saul's & Lizzy's baby and Datu's death. Others could be a Life & Death struggle, Datu survives but the baby or Lizzy dies, Saul dies like some are predicting. Use your imagination and you can think of scores of meanings.
But one meaning could also be the return of Scratch and her vendetta again Pegs. Why? Because Scratch's birthright, written on her ring, FROM LIFE TO DEATH.

Well, I've managed to get around over the years. That time I spent doing work as a body double/stuntman for cult sci-fi TV has finally come back to bite me in the butt, I see.... :D
Oh, and I can't watch the Incredibles (which seems to be on at least once a week in my house these days) without thinking "@Grognaurd works at an insurance company and enjoys wearing a ton of spandex. That's interesting...."
A lot of people have commented on who will actually kill Scratch when the time comes..........
Will it be Michael because he is the "main character" and the Group Leader??
Will it be Burt for the Torture and the pain she put him thru??
Riley for everything that Angel went thru??
Pegs out of Self Defense??
Now...... If things go bad at the hospital and Scratch ends up somehow snatching the baby.... You can add Lizzy, Saul, Tanya, Victor, etc to that list....... Unless something happens and some of the above mentioned are no longer around...... Hmmm???? :squint:
I see Victor as more MC Hammer pants!!! :britt:
I'm hoping for Scratch to fall into a volcanic Inglewood Crack after snatching Angel's ring. As she falls to the bottom, a flash of blue-ish plasma rises to the top, from the depths of the crack. Afterwards, a yellowish wave of plasma moves across the Earth, regenerating it into a beautiful Eden. As the survivors look across the new re-born world, Skittles says to them, "I just know that I'm done here. I've completed my journey and it feels good." When they turn to look at him, he has vanished into thin air.
It would be really weird to have an never-ending ending like in eXistenZ:

Need more Skittles!
Need more Ink!
(i'm just playing Devil's Advocate :nik: )
Or maybe Tardust kills her, right after she's ordered him to kill Saul. Tardust is, Deep Down, a good guy though, so he refuses and pushes Scratch over the edge of the roof of the hospital. She manages to deal him a fatal wound though, but right before he dies he reveals to Saul, whom he just saved, his true name...
...Anakin Tink...
WHAT?!!?!?
Drug-maker, wannabe rapists, kills innocents, was about to shoot Lizzy, etc.
i know what you mean, though, i think. There's definitely a conscience, but i think it's more of a "Self Preservation" and "fear of dying" that keeps him on task.
Well, I was kinda sarcastic though. Don't take me too serious when I'm predicting like that... My theory about Mike and Randie being lovers didn't turn out to be true either...
To be serious for a second though, I think it would be quite nice to have Tardust joining them at the end, as the only remaining maller after Scratch's death.
It's obvious he's tired of hunting Pegs, he just told her that'd he'd just want to get it done. I doubt him and Lizzy (or Saul...or any of the others for that matter) would get along that nicely though if he switched side.
Hmm... I'd kinda like to know more about that guy now that I think of it. :)
Maybe Tardust is a Buddhist and starts to care about his karma all of a sudden.
Shush! Do you know how much it costs to get a new secret identity? To each their own, but Spandex is sexy, and remember, NO CAPES!!!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jy2YhxXn7NY&feature
Just going back and doing some re-listening, trying to make some valid contributions to the Forum, haven't read the last few pages, nor did I read 43-1's discussion, so I'm sure it's been brought up, but with the find of the tunnels I think it's necessary to note this again.
In 43-1 @~5:45
Tanya - " Could've been from the arena, no one got to explore that place entirely"
Michael - "yea, and with most of it collapsed, we wont get a chance to"
T- "are there any parts still standing?"
M - "yea, but we set up our spotter cameras around it, not ONE of them goes near there anymore"
I'm sure this was noted in 43-1's discussion, and I know quite a few people speculate the usage of the arena's remains along with the tunnel we just found...but I think this is some concrete foreshadowing. Just wanted to add some firepower to those backing the tunnel goes to the arena theory. They note there's no zeds by it since they started watching, basically that Ink knows they're watching, so they had to create a new means to entering/exiting (the tunnel), and that 'with most of it collapsed, we wont get a chance to', that just reeks of Michael eating his words in Ch44 (or later) having to go inside the Arena.....ironically dragging along someone half-zed and has already been there once...
Sorry if I'm just echoing something already said/known, but this put in front of Michael noting the proximity to the arena of this place, just thought it belonged here (since we obviously ran out of chapter discussion topics, lol)
And just keep in mind: If the Tower-folks had not interfered with the Mallers and thus not with the Mallers' plans with the tanker-rigs, then the Mallers would have had enough Tanker Rigs to blast the Arena back into the stone-age ... Meaning: If the Arena is still one of the centers of zeehs' activities, then this is only because of the Tower-survivors ... Naughty, naughty boys and girls ... *g*
Best wishes!
Liam
The storyteller dictates what is going to happen - and Ink would have presumably survived even the full-blown attack. He has more than one string to his bow. He definitely ransacked his brains over diverse fall-back scenarios. (I have to apologize for the potential misuse of Britisch / American English idioms at this point).
And this. I forgot to add this:

Y'Know. For the lolz.
Yup, and if they were using the tunnels, there would not be topside movement to photograph...
As Saul says on the first resupply run, something like: 'I do not get it, two days and there is no one left in LA.'. I would be remiss if I did not toss out some :tinfoil: material. We have been drilling oil for years. Oil that might be the food for a subterranean species. But, recently we started hydrolic fracking. That just not jut suck out te oil fields, it pumps chemicals underground to fill up their 'tunnels' to force more oil and gas out of te ground. That real world fracking occurred in Ingelwood and did result in an "Eath Burp" of foul gas that forced local residents to be evacuated.
:tinfoil: :tinfoil: :tinfoil: :tinfoil: :tinfoil: :tinfoil: :tinfoil: :tinfoil: :tinfoil:
However, an "Ant-Ape" living underground declaring war on the topside is probably too far of the rails for KC. Lol
