My current remaining unanswered questions:

1) What should you hold on to when you're busy blowing up tankers?

2) Who else worked in the garage?

3) About how many rounds were left for various weapons after the tower robberies?

And here are some more still open questions:
1. In what kind of a car was Kalani brought to CJ'S tower?

2. What 'specific name' was Kalani given by CJ? Witch_Doctor

3. When Duncan flees CJ's tower, according to his saying: who he is going to find? Robzombie

4. Name a location Kalani was at between taking off in Hawaii and crash-landing in the truck at his demise! Each correct location earns you a rep, BUT: only one rep available per location. 7 of 7 already reserved for Robzombie (6) and Lilydragon (1) AND Witch_Doctor +2 more I totally missed
