If Danny glover is in this, at some point he should look at the camera and say "I'm too old for this shit"

(best recognized for her Britney Spears impressions)
Ok. Here's my list. Some of the ages and ethnicities may be a little off. But actors act and I think these people would be perfect.
Michael: James Roday
Angel: Colin Hanks
Saul: RonReaco Lee
Burt: Michael Parks - This one is tough. Maybe Isaac Hayes? Either could bring a lot to the role.
Lizzy: Yvonne Strahovski
Pegs: Allyson Hannigan - thanks jobe - good choice
Riley: Robin Tunney
Kelly: Aly Larter
Bill: David Alan Grier
Kalani: Artie Lang - so what that he's not Hawaiian. I'm casting this flick.
Datu: Aziz Ansari - same goes for Datu
Victor: Noel Gagliemi
Hope: Emma Stone
Tanya: Alfie Woodard
Durai: Ricardo Chavira
Latch: Kevin Alejandro
Scratch: Michelle Rodriguez
Pippin: Simon Baker
Marcus: Torn between Ray Liotta and Ed Norton
Gatekeeper: Ricky Gervais
Skittles: Jason Mewes
Ink: Dwayne Johnson
Im sorry but no I would hate it if were alive was a tv show I love visualizing everything and the tv show would take that away from me
i think honestly that we're alive were to become a TV show it should be animated. or the godfather of zombies GORGE A ROMERO to help direct the TV show or film.
I just realized who I see when Scratch talks. I had and image but I couldn't place it...
It's Duff.
Karen Duffy. The old MTV VJ.
Don't tell me I all alone here on this one.
I know and whatever else my brain cells can struggle to formulate. I do however picture 3 of them a certain way every time I hear them.
Scratch: Picture one of the girls from the Lost and the Damned artwork bandana, scary ill cut you with the razor hidden under my tongue eyes
Tar: Dr Venture (the college years but older)
Latch: Ricky from My So called Life
For some strange reason I can only picture Kalani as a 5x sweaty button up white dress shirt
Ghrantt
I think an animated show would be awesome, so they could keep the voice actors. Michael is the protagonist, and Jim Gleason just doesn't look like a young ex-Army guy. (He's said that himself.)
It would be a drag. Don't know if anyone watching Walking Dead, but watched few episodes and cannot stand it. I think voice actors do much better job than tv actors. I think it's more thought through, it feels like you are actually there.
From commercial point of view, it would be great if we could purchase the cd's as digital copy with digital book in itunes. Hence internationally it's rather harder to order from USA,the taxes and postal is taking additional costs. Would love to buy novelties our souvenirs fridge magnets, iphone covers etc with the art from podcast.
I am slightly absent minded at times, so I didn't notice for a long time that there is art for the podcast. So before I've seen art I imagined those as (and still do at times).
Please let me know what you think on my thoughts.
Michael - Average build, short messy hair, dark green eyes. Has a determined look, awkward once feelings are involved. His parent's died when he was young (?) so I picture his behaviour sometimes similar to Brennan Bones. - if he was ever described I don't think I paid attention. This applies to everyone.
Angel - Tall, dirty blond, blue eyes. Sometimes rolls eyes in annoyance, rarely breaks in smile, his movements are sudden when he driven by adrenalin and stiff when he is moody.
Saul - Wide forehead, shaved or almost bald, round face slightly flat, big mouth, large potato nose. Shorter than Michael, broad shoulders. He moves quickly and with an ease, almost like a cat. He probably one of those people that while talks gesticulates, but not as much as Italians do. He is rather emotional, but there is something calm about his touch. Maybe because he is kind.
Pegs – red or reddish hair, short, not chubby but definitely curvy. Chocolate eyes, button pug nose (hope this makes sense, can draw or photoshop if necessary). She doesn’t have a pale skin, on contrary it’s slightly tanned or just camel colour. She is very sudden, maybe too much at times. Impulsive and sensitive. Maybe she is not clumsy but definitely bumps a lot while moving, so might have bruises in odd places.
Riley – Olive skin, big almond eyes, pointy but well shaped long nose, normal thickness lips wide mouth. Her figure is more of an apple, wide shoulders as if she is a swimming athlete. She might be skinny, but because of her build you won’t say that. She is the same height as Michael. Thick dark hair, she might have hair on her arms too. He face is angled, maybe heavy chin – not too much just slightly. Which doesn’t make her very attractive in the classical sense. She moves normally for me, and doesn’t have any distinguish features.
- Will write more when will have time.
I see him more as Michael. Remember him as the Delta Force operator Sanderson in Black Hawk Down? He was awesome in that role!
Great pick for Tanya!!

I was watching Robin Hood (2010 Directed by Ridley Scott) and I think that Mark Strong, with the aid of makeup and computer technology, would make a perfect Paul/Inky.

He looks like a mix of Stanley Tucci and Andy Garcia doesn't he?
All pretty good picks.
I picture Burt as Clint Eastwood
Seriously though, is there anything Mark Strong can't do?! I've been a fan of his for ages and he has yet to disappoint.
Has anyone ever watched Firefly? I always thought the actress who plays Kaylee would be Pegs
I couldn't help thinking of Dale Turner (Erik Knudsen) from Jericho when Tommy was introduced to the show, probably because Tommy & Dale were both intelligent if vulnerable teenagers, I was looking forward to seeing Tommy's character progression & Tommy & Kelly could have been a constant source of antagonism ......Damn Zombies!
Oh yeah & I won't stand for anything less than a Live Action Show!
Saul should be Jamil Walker Smith (Greer from Stargate Universe)
ROFLAO how true how true. you made me loose my train of thought. train wreck
I don't see why the cast that made the parts great couldn't play their parts for a tv or film version. Maybe we all have this vision of what the people look like in our heads. That when we put the faces to the real person they don't always match in our heads. with the one exception to me is Hope (Jane *******). She looks like Hope to me as i see her in my mind.
This could be there on-screen acting debut for most of em!
I love the cast. They all do a great job of portraying their characters, but if it ever does become a T.V. show some of the cast might need to be recast due to the physicality of the roles as well as age (i.e. Mr. Gleason [sorry Mr. Gleason], and Mr. Oligario [sorry Jay, you're too young...unless they can do some makeup magic to add a few years on you]). Shane would also need to cut and dye his hair =P.
how about having it made into a cartoon instead. then we would not have to replace the actors and actress.
