EDIT: I've actually tried it with just random images to see if it was an issue with png files versus jpg files and that doesn't seem to resolve it either. Also, just using an image and no link doesn't work either.

I'm wondering if it has to do with when the account was maybe created, if settings were changed during that time period. That's what I get for waiting to create my profile over here.

I've created a Usergroup called Super Users that will allow html in signatures. If anyone asks me I can upgrade their permissions.

Ok, So I fixed the little reputation and report icons. Finally everything looks right. If there's some area that looks funky, please let me know.
