Distance isn't the big issue in L.A. right now. The big issue is congestion of the streets. It might be more congested en route to the Army Base than it is to the fuel depot.

Or you're right, and it could be a incongruity in the story.

I Didn't Realy Think About That (The Congestion Of The Streets Making The Trip Longer)... But The Last Time They Were At The Base Was In Chapter 1, Before The Streets Were Blocked With Cars.

I don't know about the inner city, but I would think as you got farther out until you hit more of the outskirts, the congestion would be worse with people trying to leave.

thats right, there was a momentary traffic jam. but that guy also got ripped out of his car so im not so sure it stayed clear.

Thanks for the map. This helps to visualise the podcasts but will it be updated after every new locations is discovered?

I assume it will be. We have some very active and dedicated folk here to take care of stuff like this

Makes sense that the map will be updated... but probably not as fast as you think.

Don't forget about the Google Maps version.

That one is fan-maintained, and includes the real-life equivalents of some locations.
Also, if a new location appears on the show (and there are enough clues to figure out where it actually is) we add those too.
