Let's get this restart off on a nice simple one: Top 40 is next!
Monster by Skillet (that was in the top 40 at some point right?)

gothic death metal
The Last Five Years - It's a musical, but it's really great.
We stretched to the top 40 (I don't think Skillet ever cracked Top 40 charts....maybe in the Gospel/Christian charts but not the mainstream, but I dunno), so I got 2/3rds the request: Gothic Metal....not so much death:

Next up: Music to Think by
Telepopmusik - Breathe (Great song for a midnight drive and also to introspect.)

Next Up: Something from the 1980's
Wow... Austrian. It's kind of hard to narrow down. Most times you get Austrian music it boils down to classical or Sound of Music-esque. Or you get a ton of accordions, and I'm not a fan of accordions. I love the Sound of Music, so you're going to get 'The Hills Are Alive'. As I was looking for a good youtube of it, I found a really nice acoustic guitar cover of the song.

Let's go with Upbeat bluegrass as the next one.
Gin and Juice - The Gourds (funny as hell)

Recently discovered these guys and found them amazing. I suppose they're technically black metal, but they combine a lot of melodeath and thrash in there as well, and they're quite technically sound. Also it's just plain odd to hear of a black metal band originating in Israel.

Listen to good music, I also listened.
