These are just a few of the wallpapers I have on my desktop. I usually prefer the Japanese landscape backgrounds. But since I've been listening to WA, I've been putting post apocalyptic wallpapers. If you want to see others I have just let me know.:D

My desktop is a complete mess, but I thought cleaning it up for a SS would be kinda fake.
I'm not this disorganized with my real desktop and room, my desktop just fills up fast during the quarter, I usually clean it up every other quarter.

This is one of my favourites from my current stream of wallpapers. It's always a pleasant surprise when I close out of the internet to see this.

this is all i can show you of mine, there's more there but screen grab can't pick it up.
Reaper: Press the 'Print Screen' button on your computer, open paint, then hold 'Control' and press 'v'.
It will paste a screenshot.
If that doesn't work, you can open Snipping Tool, click the little v-shaped arrow next to 'New'and select 'Full screen snip'.
I've got a new laptop, and am almost finished setting everything up.
This is what it looks like for now:
The wallpaper is part of a long slideshow with similar pictures.
They all have a very stimulating effect to turn on the pc/laptop. Then while stuff is loading, your eyes have something to look at. And when it's ready, you can start working with a good attitude ;)
And yes, having the taskbar on the side is awesome. Thanks for noticing.

I am a fan of apocalyptic scenes and this is a naturally occurring one.
I usually have a dramatic space-like wallpaper on my desktop, but politics have my attention this week.

I have my wallpaper set on a one minute rotation, keyed to a folder full of over 300 different space/future/scifi themed pictures. I also Have Aero (clear) at 100% transparent and taskbar auto hide turned on.
I also can't stand to have any icons on my desk. AT ALL. Luckily, Win7 allows you to right click a taskbar icon and access the recent/pinned files.
