As my plans work out in my head so far (I'll have to double check), I'll probably arrive the day before the convoy is due to depart. That will give the opportunity to meet you face-to-face, have a day of introductions, drinking and trading stories,chatting and finalising the plans etc.Quote:

Tony et all traveling to Todd's do you have a timetable yet? I know the event is on Sat in LA but want to know everyone else's flight dates/plans before I start hardcore planning.
So, I've never been camping (save for the 30 minutes my Mother let me 'camp' on my back porch as a kid until I ran into the house terrified because I saw 'glowing eyes' of one of the stray dogs in my neighborhood.) What kind of equipment should I bring?

just a sleeping bag/pillow item. Travelling(flying) with any additional items would be troublesome. I've got all the other stuff handled

what additional info are you looking for? Fly to STL on the afternoon of July 15th. plan a flight out of STL the even of the 21st or morning 22nd.
As far as camping stuff is concerned, I'm bringing a sleeping bag, warm socks and a flashlight. The less stuff I carry onto the plane, the simpler my journey will be
